KIDLOL Books are PHYSICAL BOOKS, which contain freshly developed stories supplemented with original illustrations and visuals. These books are a delight for children of Gujarati community spread across the globe.

• All visitors to KIDLOL Website should read these Terms and Conditions. While availing current or future books that are offered by the website, users will be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Any new books added to the current e-store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.
• KIDLOL books hope to cater to the children of the Gujarati community living outside India.
• KIDLOL reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to its website.
• A notification will be placed on the website or an email communication will be sent to users regarding the change, if any, with regards to the Terms and Conditions.
• In certain situations (for example, where a change to the terms is necessary to comply with legal requirements), it may not be possible to give notice.
• Users’ continuous use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• KIDLOL books may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities.
• KIDLOL reserves the right to limit the sales of KIDLOL books to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis. KIDLOL reserves the right to limit the quantities of any of KIDLOL books offered through the Website.
• The book description as well as pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of KIDLOL.
• KIDLOL reserves the right to discontinue any book at any time.
• Users must understand that their content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
• Users must agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of KIDLOL Books without express written permission by KIDLOL.
• Users must use KIDLOL Books in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to them.
• Any violation of the Terms and Conditions by anyone using the KIDLOL website may be deemed a violation, irrespective of whether the violation is with or without consent.

KIDLOL encourages parents and teachers to spend time online with children and to appropriately monitor their online activities. The child’s privacy must be protected at all times by instructing them to never provide personal information on this site or any other, or within any software registration process without parents’ permission.

Whoever accesses KIDLOL website or sends emails to KIDLOL, any data, information or communication shared in this, it is understood that the user is communicating with KIDLOL and the website and all other users and visitors through electronic records which are legally identifiable and enforceable.

Users also agree to receive communications via electronic records from KIDLOL, its website and all other users and visitors and as and when posted, communicated or required.

Users’ submission of any personal information through the website or e-store is governed by our Privacy Policy

Books once sold are not returnable. There will be no refunds on orders once placed.

KIDLOL does not offer exchanges or replacements.

Shipping is free. Orders once received will be dispatched in 1 or 2 days. The delivery time will be 5 to 7 working days.

KIDLOL is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at users’ own risk.

KIDLOL reserves the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but has no obligation to update any information on its website. It is the users’ responsibility to monitor changes to KIDLOL website.

Users must understand that KIDLOL owns books and the website. Users shall not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as expressly provided in this section), creative derivative works based on or otherwise exploit any of the services and the website.

The website may allow users to download certain content; please remember that just because this functionality exists, it does not mean that all the restrictions above do not apply.

All information displayed, transmitted or carried by the website (“Content”) is owned by KIDLOL and protected by copyright and the relevant intellectual property laws. These terms and any separate agreements whereby KIDLOL provide users any services shall be construed in accordance of the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. For all purposes of these Terms and Conditions (including other terms and policies referred herein), the Parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in city of Bengaluru, state of Karnataka, India.

These terms and any rules stipulated by us set out the entire understanding between us and users of KIDLOL website that governs the use of KIDLOL Books. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
